Who we are
Novocrem is a trading name. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page. You can contact us at hello@novocrem.com.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is your email address, given when you join our waitlist.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use your email address to send you one message when Novocrem launches, containing your discount code — nothing else. We do this on the basis of your consent.
Who we share it with
Your email address is stored and sent through Formspree, our form platform, which is based in the United States. Because Formspree is outside the UK, this transfer is made under Formspree's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this site and how our advertising performs. Where you accept analytics or advertising cookies, these services process your browsing activity — not your email address.
Cookies
We set one cookie of our own, novocrem_consent, which records whether you
accepted or rejected non-essential cookies. It lasts 180 days.
Google Analytics and Google Ads only set their own cookies once you accept. If you reject, or before you choose, they operate without cookies.
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or for a reasonable period after launch if you never do.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our email, or by writing to hello@novocrem.com. You can also ask us to delete your data entirely. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
